WWW Wednesday (August 9) What Are You Reading Today?

untitled

WWW Wednesday is a meme hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. IT’s a blog that is open to anybody who wants to share what they’ve been reading. All you have to do is answer the three questions below and share a link to your blog in the comments section of Sam’s blog so she can read what you’re reading too!

The 3 W’s are:

What are you currently reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

What do you think you’ll read next?

A similar meme I’ve also seen posted on my blog feed is one called This Week in Books and is hosted by Lipsyy Lost and Found.

How I Lost You by Jenny Blackhurst:

I have no memory of what happened but I was told I killed my son. And you believe what your loved ones, your doctor and the police tell you, don’t you? My name is Emma Cartwright. Three years ago I was Susan Webster, and I murdered my twelve-week-old son Dylan. I was sent to Oakdale Psychiatric Institute for my crime, and four weeks ago I was released early on parole with a new identity, address, and a chance to rebuild my tattered life. This morning, I received an envelope addressed to Susan Webster. Inside it was a photograph of a toddler called Dylan. Now I am questioning everything I believe because if I have no memory of the event, how can I truly believe he’s dead? If there was the smallest chance your son was alive, what would you do to get him back?

The Breakdown by B.A. Paris:

This was a book I definitely enjoyed while being on vacation. It was the right amount of creepy, the right amount of twists and turns and it definitely had me on the edge of my seat through most of the read. Head here to check out my full review.

What I Plan on Reading Next:

33602123

Dead Woman Walking by Sharon Bolton:

I won a free ARC from Minotaur Books and the CJSREADS girls over on Instagram.

Just before dawn in the hills near the Scottish border, a man murders a young woman. At the same time, a hot-air balloon crashes out of the sky. There’s just one survivor. She’s seen the killer’s face – but he’s also seen hers. And he won’t rest until he’s eliminated the only witness to his crime. Alone, scared, trusting no one, she’s running to where she feels safe – but it could be the most dangerous place of all.

Set to be released September 5th, 2017

Well there you have it! My WWW Wednesday. I’d like to hear what you’re currently reading and what your thoughts are on your book! If you read more than one, please still share or share your favorite of the bunch! I love hearing what you all have to say!

Happy Reading! xx
